Ryan Frigillana (b. Iligan City, Philippines) is a visual artist working in photography and bookmaking. His works engage with intergenerational notions of myth, faith, and grief primarily viewed through a diasporic and allegorical lens. He explores the book as a container for these interests, often re-animating archives from popular media, family, and biblical sources to activate his images.
He is based out of Long Island, New York.
